Hi Everyone,
It has been 2 weeks since last post, and since then the weather in Brisbane has been super hot! I miss winter already and its not even summer yet! Yes indeed, it is still Spring here.
When you're feeling really hot and sticky, you just want to eat or drink cold things such as..... ICE CREAM!!!!! Wallah, that is how I came up with the Banana Split Cupcake concept.
Most research that I did on the net basically using Vanilla cupcake as the base and cream and banana as topping. However, since I have awesome banana cake recipe, I though I made Banana cupcake as the base of the cake and light vanilla cream cheesecake for the top and decorate it to look like a real banana split ice cream.
As usual, the video is already up on youtube and I really hope people will love it!
